Adopt the right accessories and good reflexes to warm up your feet in the blink of an eye!
It is well known, in winter, our feet are among the first to make us feel the outside temperature down at the same rate as our hands. The reason? The body, this wonderful machine, concentrates the heat in the vital organs to allow them to function well. It's good, but on the other hand, we are cold feet so much that our feet hurt us! Fortunately, to no longer have the impression of having ice cubes instead of toes, there are solutions with perfect accessories to face the cold and good reflexes of fashionistas! These are:
1. Choose your socks and tights in the right material
This is the ba-ba for not having frozen feet. Cotton socks are good in summer and mid-season but it's not warm enough for the winter. In addition, cotton is a material that absorbs moisture and perspiration from your feet but dries very slowly. Consequence: all this water accumulated in the fabric cools at the rate where temperatures drop and cool your feet at the same time.
So pack up your soaps and other lightweight cotton socks for wool, ribbed knit, cashmere or angora models, warm and soft materials to defy the cold while comfort, we love it!
Still too cold? Do not worry, one has THE foolproof choice: Thermolactyl fabric models specially designed to preserve your body heat, right?
Lucky, all this beautiful world is also available in pantyhose for fans of dresses, ladies pleated skirts and shorts in winter.
2. Do not put too many pairs of socks!
Oh yeah, you read it well! We often think that the more we put pairs of socks on each other and the warmer we will be: the serious mistake is (almost) all the opposite.
Know that this actually promotes poor blood circulation, which is one of the causes of frostbite. By squeezing and squeezing your feet in multiple layers of socks, you may rather cool your feet. So immediately remove your four pairs of socks stacked on each other on your feet and just a hot model as seen previously.
You can, however, warm your feet a little more when you are in tights by superimposing a pair of cheap socks without worries!
3. Bet on cold soles
Malines, soles really have a role to play in the loss of the many degrees that give cold feet. Choose them thick enough to insulate your arch from the cold or, even better, opt for thermal insoles that protect your feet very effectively against the cold. Who says better?
Well, the heating soles - yes it exists - that will serve as a little heating in your shoes. Simply reload your insoles with a plug and then slip them into your shoes to get warm. Today we find models that are also recharged via cable USB, which we can even adjust the thermostat and can be controlled via an application on your smartphone. Is it all beautiful (all hot) technology no?
